Should I include adjectives in title tags?

Should I include adjectives in title tags?

I have a Q & A section of my site, where there could be a question like “Are the doctors in Boquete good?”

The question becomes the H1 tag.

Relative to my title tag, should I include the word “good” or not, and why?

For example, should the title tag be one of these, or something else:

Good doctors Boquete
Doctors Boquete?

  • Kartic Bedi: You may off-course include word "good" in your <title> tag, or it could be the same as your H1 even, but having a little difference in title in <head> can help you to cover more similar search terms rather than exact as your H1.
