Censorship on sensitive content

I am working on creating content for a plastic surgeon. Does anyone have the specifics on censoring nudity? I recently posted a censored "before and after" photo and for some reason it does not come up on the surgeon`s profile photos. I also was wondering if this may be a result of someone reporting the pictures as inappropriate...a competitor? Any tips/ guidance would be greatly appreciated.
