Both HTTP and HTTPS url are reported as duplicates

hello everyone - a screamingfrog report shows url duplicates as its reading both http and https . Further investigation shows BOTH have status code 200 - how do i fix this please ?

Perry Bernard: Canonical does not resolve crawl allocation. I would redirect non secure to secure
