What should be the priority in terms of actionable plans?

Pls advise:We all know that SEO is a journey, is a lot of things that need to be done, and is a relative concept in terms of what you are doing and what your competitors are doing in your field.I guess my question is:If your employer wants a short-term two weeks by two weeks clear cut road map, what should be the priority in terms of actionable plans?Result wise, within the first 2 weeks, what is something you should promise in terms immediate result? And what is something you shouldn’t promise just yet? - cuz it depends.Happy to pay for some amount of consultant fee. Pls let me know.
