Website doesn`t show the Site-Links on Google

Actually I am facing a problem which is related to site links. My client website doesn’t show the SiteLinks on Google search results also the website doesn’t rank on 1st position for brand-name “World Youth Organization”. Now it comes on 2nd position on Google search results.

Can anyone tell me the actual reason why the website is not coming on number 1 position and why the website doesn`t show the Site-Links on Google?
