  • Tim Capper: Have two location pages - but make them unique to the area, dont duplicate content.

If they are that close together, detecting users location will be problematic and you would not have desired effect.
  • Alan Whitton: dammit1 trouble is its the same service exactly, just served for e diff location. would a word spin, rewrite be enough? havent researched how to manipulate geo location tbh
  • Brian Klein: Write about the city.
  • Brian Klein: Write about the location.
  • Alan Whitton: Thank you Brian 👊
  • Travis Bailey: You want to avoid near duplicates. They look a lot like doorway pages, especially on SAB sites. I gather you`re in the home services/service area business space. https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/2721311?hl=en

Brian Klein was correct. You can write a bit about the specific location. You can also write about the area. How you arrange all that is key.
