12 years old domai

Hi guys, I found an expired domain, that I really like I`ve done all neccesary research about the domain all its backlinks, if it`s banned from facebook and Google (ads too) And it`s all clean Except, When I search for what the domain was used for, I discovered the domain is 12yrs old, and it was first used for a travel blog, then yrs later (2014) the niche was changed to the niche I want to use it for, (totally different from the travel niche) and then got expired..... My question is can I use the domain for the niche I want to use It for (that is the niche that was later changed) Really need an advice.

  • VJ Thakur: According to me, don`t go with expired domain instead of these you can buy new domains and start your work 😊
  • Victor Ofem: If you know the value I think u will start going for it☺
  • George G.: as I answered on your last question, it is always better to start with a new domain because you know what you are doing with it.

And if you know the value, why dont you buy it and test it instead of asking peoples advice and then telling them you know better?
  • VJ Thakur: Victor Of course, I know the value. There was time when expire domains has value but you`re now in AI world 😊
  • Victoria Gitelshtein: If its clean and from 2014 in your niche you want to use, I think its ok. But you still will have to work to make it relevant.
  • Smruti Palwe Ghodke: I think you work on these domain or purchase new and work on it .. it’s same . You choose
  • Freddie L. Jones Jr.: You`re overthinking it. Drop the 15.00 on the domain. Build your site. Add some content. Add some more content. Do the seo work. Link it with social media. Add more content. Drive traffic. Work your ass of branding and marketing your product or service. All that niche stuff from 2014 is an afterthought. Now if you`re talking an auction domain and they want 1300.00 or something crazy like that for it... find a different domain.
