Still no SEO results in two months

Hey all we are paying an seo company $550 aud per month to have our site rank on page one google, however it’s been 2 months and we haven’t seen results yet. I have added about 30 YouTube videos over the last few months and about 30 blogs few days ago. Can anyone check out our site and see if it’s seo friendly or it’s on the right track? Thank you all I. • Kirill Kronrod: Many of the sites I see ranking on Google AU page 1 are aggregate sites (top-20 wedding photographers, etc). Hard to out-rank these - but try to get your business there. Two top-ranking sites are much larger sites (willchaophotography.com - 1, 700 pages indexed, easyweddings.com.au/ - 99K pages), will be hard to outrank these, as you have 42 pages indexed. BTW, one of the pages you had ranking (
www.desiren.com.au/desiren-wedding-gallery/) produces 404 and is not found with site crawl, so looks like some content was retired. 301-redirect these old pages to live relevant pages. Didn`t see you in Google My Business listing (maybe didn`t look deep enough) - if you don`t have listing, get it and link to your site. Content on some key pages (https://www.desiren.com.au/wedding-photography-melbourne/) is way down the page, not sure how Google treats these pages. Try moving content ahead of the images? Found few other 404 pages (in /blog/ directory, like https://www.desiren.com.au/blog/page/3/) -- redirect these to blog main page.
  • Perry Bernard: Where you’ve gone wrong is paying an agency and expecting page 1 rank and results in 2 months. That’s madness. If page 1 rank only cost $1100 worth of effort then every business would be there. You need a realistic plan and a realistic outcome. Plus if your agency promised page 1 rank as part of the deal, I suggest stop paying them and run. Nobody can promise any such thing. Now if you want to rank only for your brand name, then you might have a chance after 2 months... (actually most Experienced SEO people can rank a unique or distinctive brand name within days).
  • George G.: Smruti Palwe Ghodke and John Weekes no pms and emailing are allowed. Read the rules. Next time you get a ban.
  • Smruti Palwe Ghodke: Sorry .. I will follow hence further
  • Nickey Pickorita: You can`t rank a site in 2 months. It takes at least 8 to 12 months depending on the current status of the website. You would need to check your On-Page SEO, search intent and optimize it properly. I would suggest starting with your top competitors. Also, you can use tools like Ahrefs and Semrush to find more keywords. Once you are done with Technical SEO and On-Page SEO you should build links. If your SEO agency is not building you links like Local citations, Guest Posts etc. You are not going to rank. Simple as that, but you need to understand it takes time.
  • Nickolai Kalachnikov: Our domain is 12.7 years old and the seo company promised us such results. Is there any possibility this could happen after 6 months?
  • Nickolai Kalachnikov: Sash Ilievski
  • Allison Jay: I would say be patient, but also photography sites can be hard to rank because they are image heavy. I think you need more content and I also wonder, looking at your site if they have done any onsite work at all.
  • VJ Thakur: Hi there, check your backlink and their quality, also check your user behavior what is the missing point and if is there any problem then you need to be update it. Also check your speed of your site and AMP
  • Dave Elliott: What have they promised you? Which keywords words? Also how much work have they promised to do? As a day rate for a freelancer that is low so for the price I`d be skeptical as to what they will offer.
  • Vivek Tiwari: Can I have your Website to audit it?

And yes, you have to wait for ranking but you can do other way to pull traffic.
  • Vivek Tiwari: Let me know did you do person and buyer journey?

    What is your content strategy?
  • Brenda Michelin: As others have said, that is not a lot of money for the expected results in a limited time frame. There is still a ton on on-site technical things to fix; Get some posts on your GMB and beef-up schema.
  • Albert Prano: A promise to "rank on page one" is questionable. A promise to "improve rank" is reasonable. Look for gradual progress in monthly SEO reports that your agency gives you. Give it a year.
  • Galochka Pe: Albert Prano and a promise to rank on page one for 550$ is not reputable
