Cleaning up the SERP of a hacked website

Hi guys!
I was cleaning the serp of a new client because his website was hacked. I cleaned 99, 99% of the links, but there`s still one link and it looks impossible to get rid of it. I tried to put it on "disallow" in the robots, to remove url`s at the Google`s tool, but nothing happened. Does someone can help me at this?
Sorry for my bad english

  • Maja Jovančević: 410 status code for the page gets it removed from the serps immediately, also an X-robots tag noindex nofollow works wonders.
This is what I would do for internal pages I want remove from serps
  • Felipe Guido: Thanks Maja, but the url of this link is in chinese or japanese (i don`t know) and it directs right to the client`s website. When i consult the url on the search console the answer is "This page is not indexed"but still there.
  • Maja Jovančević: Ok. So the url is clientsdomain.com/chineseletters. Same advice applies, but I have a feeling there`s more to the story
  • Felipe Guido: actually is only the title, but the url is antother adress:
The curious thing is, this url leads the user towards to the right website
