Should I write all the anchor text with the keyword I want to rank?

Should I write all the anchor text of the internal links going to a page , with the keyword I want to rank that page?? Would that help to rank it for that keyword? Or should I use variations of the word and brand names for internal linking aswell? I`d like to know your opinion ! Thanks !
