any idea why other companies with 0 reviews and minimal business info show in Local Pack above others with tons of reviews and complete business info?

Jobin John: Ok so based on the ScreenShot I am guessing the search keyword is "Santa Rosa Marketing Agency". If yes, Could you try just one thing... fill up the photos on your Google my business with relevant ones add 5 or more to each spot. I mean to spots like indoor, outdoor etc. If you check on rank 1 they have 31 photos in total and you have 6. Thats what I see... give it a shot and let me know.
