  Richard Hearne: So long as you set up HREFlang correctly I think you should be fine. Just note that HREFlang is not the same as GSC geotargeting, although there is some crossover between the 2. Using them both might work nicely.

  Richard Hearne: PAA isn`t triggered by schema. You get these by answering questions related to entities. It`s not quite as straight-forward as just publishing content. But if you want to publish schema there are WP plugins for that alone. That plugin you link to appears to just be a way to add content to the head and foot using WP_enqueue API I think.
