Michael Martinez: If you`re getting traffic and conversions from them, then it`s probably worthwhile. Otherwise move on.
Tim Capper: You dont need to use them - BUT as you said they are aggregators, so they do feed other local directories, which save you having to submit to those.
Dont get hung up business citations - submit and get on with other things
