Rank higher in Google PR

My company is in Puerto Rico. My SEO efforts are ranking very good in Google but not in Google PR. There is a difference of more than 25 positions between Google and Google PR which is the one I would like to rank higher since is the one people from Puerto Rico use for their searches. Is this common? What should I do to Rank higher in Google PR?

Neeraj Pandey: +Jose Ortiz ; You should check out some of the below things:
- You didn't specify whether you have cctld or not ( though I believe you have gtld)
- set your target location in GWMT
- Have the content that country ( PR) specific and not generic Content
- Get popularity in Local area ( some quality links from the same country).
It seems that because you have not mentioned these important things Google considering your website more relevant to Global search than PR.
