Does Google Penalized my page?

Question: Does Google Penalized my page?

I`ve optimized this page for keywords:

www(DOT)philbooking(DOT)com/hotels/philippines/metro-manila/aurum-one-makati

Then, I`ve use the "Fetch as Google" to manually submit the page. After it is already index, I`ve tried to search if it is showing in Google Results. Last Monday, it was shown in the second page in google Philippines. Now, the page was gone in the search results even though I`ve putted the exact URL in the search box and go. The page result is not showing.

Did Google remove the page in Google index?
Why Google not notifying if some page will be remove?
Do anyone know what is the solution on this problem?

Rob Maas: Your pages shows up at the 10th spot ; in .com (after tripadvisor and booking.com) which is quite an achievement. (I would reconsider the rather unconventional use of h1 and h2 )
