Rank a YouTube video

Hi,

I have tried to rank a YouTube video adding a long list of tags, city information, state and more. The video is listed here https://www.youtube.com/edit?o=U & video_id=q6O8A5DGoSY.

I can get all my other videos to rank easier using the exact same SEO effort I am using with this one. However this is the one that refuses to rank.

Any suggestions / ideas. Thanks in advance

If you do not draw answers here, I think you should try specific YouTube communities. ;
?ukasz Rogala: Is it correct video you want to rank? The URL you have shared points to "edit" section which results in redirect to mine account (for example).
