Question about <h1> tags

Hello again,

I have a question about h1 tags on my specific hotel pages.

For example:

The hotel name is "Test Hotel", It is located in Kalaw, Manila, Philippines.

Which is..
Kalaw - the street where the hotel is located.
Manila - the city where the hotel is located.
Philippines - the country where the hotel is located.

I have these four (4) H1 keywords.

H1#1 = Test Hotel, Kalaw, Manila, Philippines
H1#2 = Test Hotel Kalaw Manila Philippines
H1#3 = Test Hotel, Manila, Philippines
H1#4 = Test Hotel

What H1 keywords must be preferred?
