This is an interesting set of tweets but why are we allowing Google to call NEW Penguin a "Penguin 4.0 Update" when the old Penguin is still in place and unchanged?
It is not an update, it is something completely NEW.
Do you think it is likely that NEW Penguin was built because nobody wanted to touch the old one. :)
