301 returns 404

One more Question on gubbi.co.in
Some users complain that they cannot access the website, they get 404 error on the website.
I have set up 301 redirect from non www to www this should not give 404 error to users (heaven`t heard of it in my career yet!)
Is it because of antivirus that user has installed on their system?
Could this be due to 301 that i have set up?
I tried disabling the redirect and it was again working on the user`s system, not sure what exactly has happened to it
Have attached the snapshot of 2 users one is getting 404 error (God know why!)
and the other user is not able to access the website (probably the antivirus has stopped it)
Any help will be Appreciated :)
