Multiple pages serving the same content

If we have multiple pages with duplicate title, meta description and duplicate content but each page has its canonical version . Is this still considered in content issue?Do we need to no index these pages as they serving same content?

Michael Martinez: I wouldn`t "noindex" them - I`d fix the canonicalization so all the duplicates canonicalize to a single URL.
