I have several websites divided into region and services

I have several websites divided into region and services. It looks like:
Region 1
Service 1 - website
Service 2 - website
Region 2
service 1 - website
service 2 - website
e.t.c.
Currently, all websites are on one hosting and connected to one GSC account.
I plan to move all pages from service 2 to another hosting, connect to a different GSC account and link the pages: Service 1 -> Service 2 and Service 2 -> Service 1 (only in a given region).
Will this action lead to any negative results?

Tim Capper: I would not cross link between domains (unless this is a directory type site) because this is a business service I presume and G will see this for what it is.
Richard Hearne: It would be helpful if you could define how this looks in terms of domains/languages, and what you mean by "region"?
