I have a website but not ranking in Google

Hi I have a website which have good da and good pa Have put on content and google is crawls it frequently have about 10k qwality backlinks . But no ranking of site in google , i checked domain is not ban it is good but atill google is not give it any rank What should i do Thanks

Jamie Silk: Arr I see most of the links are from Directories, sadly these won`t carry much weight with the search engines.
Brenda Malone: Seriously, this is a one-page, OVERly-optimized post. All other pages are 404. No locations, no company identification, nothing. You cannot be serious with expecting this to rank.
Zain Ul Abaidin: Brenda Malone Maam, If we change URL Structure by going into "Permalinks" section in Wordpress and change it from "Post" to "Category, Post" . Then should we implement 301redirection on already published posts old URLs to redirect their old "Post" URL structure to "Category, Post" URL structure? I know they will be redirected to new url structure but the old ones which have been indexed, should we implement 301 redirection?

Off-Page: I see within last 3 month itself you have build almost 6800 backlinks.. almost all spammy links.. maybe you need to get rid of many of those spammy ones..If you trying to rank for bond cleaning services, build the site like professionals services agency with respective pages and quality contents.Go for Local business SEO activities mainly..I have messaged you the complete list of the spammy links that you need to get rid off primarily and than focus on improving the website, on-page and off-page SEO stuff.

Tim Capper: So this page is sitting on an article page - It does not look like a business to Google and would not treat it as one.Equally - the actual business type pages have been 404`d (contact us, about us etc) - so why would Google return this when someone is looking for this service ???
