Jim Munro: This is not in my job description but my first thought would be to set up your own streaming server or use a service like Wistia. If you host on YouTube, it`s going to be hard for your site to beat a site with 5 or 6 billion backlinks, no matter what you do. (if I`m reading SEMrush correctly).
