Keywords are ranked with old meta tags and some are with new

Hello everyone.
Hope you are doing well.
I have a question. I am working on a website. actually I am doing re marketing.
I have changed all meta tags and create new XML sitemap and resubmit it. Now all URLs are submitted and indexed. Now when checked KWs in Google, some KWs are ranked with old meta tags and some are with new. what wrong I have done and how to fix it? ï»¿

Federico Sasso: Once you change your pages meta tags and submit updated sitemaps, you still have to give the search engine to visit your site, process the updates, refresh its copy of the pages and the index. Depending on the number of the pages, the popularity of your site, the frequency of googlebot visits, your site speed and what else, it might take weeks.
