How to optimize the site and its url

Hi,

I have a 2 page website, one is home page and other is service page.

Service page have 6 services box and when I click on particular box, a pop up appears which has content for that particular service and when I see the url it like.. www.example.com/services/#

So I just want know that how to optimize that site and its url and how to check traffic in GA.
