Jann Grond: If you can't handle the huge number of clients coming from search engines, lol. SEO is not a thing that is done, its a never ending process.
Jim Munro: Hi +Vivek Joshi ;, thank you for your participation here. If you would like to post the url of your site, we would be pleased to look it over for you.

Jim Munro: I am not an expert but I think there might be a couple of things that are easy to spot, Russ. ;
You have less than ten backlinks and a few of them are suboptimal. Consider making sure all possible citations are taken advantage of. Don't pay for rubbish links.
You have only one review, consider reaching agreement with every client for a good review if you do a great job before you start the job.
Your website reads like you wrote it for search engines. Set out to write an interesting website and let the keywords take care of themselves. Just make sure your important points are in the title and h1. Write an interesting meta description for every page. These are your sales tag line. Don't spam the meta keywords tag. Many will say don't use it but I use it anyway. Just make sure that, if it's not in your h1, it doesn't belong in your meta keywords.
Your contact page doesn't have an address on it. You have it in Maps and on your Home Page, why not also have your address on the most important page?
