  Victor Castillejos: Hello,
  
  This is not a SEO questions but you guys handle GA, so you might know..
  
  One of my customers has an old website, in his website I can see the Google Analytics code (tracking ID ;"UA-16352080-1")
  
  He doesn't know anything about it and have no info about his developer..
  
  Any way I can have access to this analytics? save this account? import from this account?  ;I only have the code, no more info..

  "I had the same issue and was initially put off by the negative comments on this answer but contacted Google anyway (analytics screen, settings cog, help). To my surprise they were very helpful. They emailed the person the account belonged to and asked them to make contact with me. They also provided the opportunity to prove ownership by uploading a txt file to the website in question."
