How did you divide the accounts?

Hey all, I am looking for recommendations on managing a rapidly growing Google Search Console account. We are close to the limit and looks there`s no way of increasing this limit with one account.I am looking for ideas from anyone who`s had experience in this. How did you divide the accounts? Are there any tools that can help out or will this be a painful manual process? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Michael Martinez: Group expertWe just set up a new email address and started adding new accounts there. We didn`t move any domains to the new GSC account.
Cherrelle Davis: Thank you Michael Martinez I understand. The reason we may want to move some so we can perhaps categorized the accounts.Another question. How would you go about cleaning up an account and removing dead sites? Is this a manual process too?
Michael Martinez: Group expertCherrelle Davis I would guess it`s a manual process. I don`t recall ever needing to do that. I`m not aware of any extensions or tools that would help.
Cherrelle Davis: Yea it`s a special situation and we are trying to avoid manual process as much as possible but it seems that there`s no other option. Especially since Google search console doesn`t have any type of support except a public chat forum
