How can you tell users that it`s close and moved?

Hi Guys, Google My Business question. Let`s say you have a medical centre and it has closed and merged with a another centre. How can you tell users that it`s close and moved? The only way i an think of is updating the GMB description (saing its moved) and doing a GMB post.
