Google is sending fixed number of visitors to my website everyday

Hi everyone, I am going through a strange phase on my WordPress website. It`s been over a year that I have been posting on my website. The strange thing is that Google is sending fixed number of visitors to my website everyday. My AdSense revenue, however, has been increasing despite the same number of views. Whenever I share a post in Facebook groups, or Google plus communies, or socially, etc. The views on the post increases but upon checking, the number of views for the day (overall) is the same or even less. Please tell me what to do. I write unique, quality, content with no plagiarism. So does Facebook traffic decrease visits coming from Google search? Also, how do I increase the reach? My website seems stuck at a fixed views per day.
