G+ reviews next to URL on SERP

How do I get my G+ reviews to come up next to my URL like in the photo?

My competitor has their thing first on the page, and they get the splash but on their own URL they also have their reviews and rating while I do not.

Does anyone know how I can fix that?

Tony “Tiggerito” McCreath: The top three would be on page reviews that have structured markup applied to them. ;

The one with the places marker is a Local Google+ page and the reviews on that. It also gets to show in the sidebar. For that you need your G+ Page to show up in a local search and you need a minimum number of reviews to get stars.
Jagadeesh Mohan Kumar Nambiar: In addition - You can refer schema dot org for structured markup implementation. You have ;a Google tool to test it. As well get a Google's business page and collect reviews from your customers. You will see the changes in results.
