Jim Munro: This one is useful. https://cryptoreport.geotrust.com/checker/ . Sometimes a certificate is accidentally registered without a friendly name. If the certificate only vouches for your www and not your root domain, you will need to have the cert re-issued. Most suppliers will do this if it is within 90 days.
