Best thing to do to avoid ranking loss after changing CMS

We just transferred from WordPress to HubSpot CMS. What`s the best thing to do to avoid any SEO issues and recover the traffic and rankings after it? Also, should we remove the old site?

Todd Weise: Was the URL structure from the WP site replicated on HUbspot? Or did you do anything to map The old URLs from WP to their new pages on HS and implement 301s to redirect the traffic?
