Another Keyword Battle

Hi,
I have a google search question. I have a product called The Potty Fairy.
I have a trademark for the term.

A few years ago a person asked to purchase the trademark but we came to no agreement.

She developed a product called the poo poo fairy.

That product is showing up on my google search of my own trademark.

Why would that happen? She shows up as the third choice when I google search The Potty Fairy.

Madalen Ross: +Mary Hi, this interested me so I did a search and it came up on the second page. I imagine `poo poo` and `potty` go hand-in-hand, hence showing up so close to yours. What do you mean, you have a trademark for the term? Is that a logo trademark?
