WHY I am not getting any order on my new website?

  Lohit Malviya: Hi all experts, thanks for looking over my post and responding.
  
  I have two websites : leatherhandmadebags dot com (LHB) and Vintageandrustics dot com ; ; (VAR)
  
  LHB was designed and is online since December 2013 , and VAR is online since September 2015 . ; Both have different images for same products most of them. ;
  
  I made VAR website because the previous one LHB has checkout issues and some basic website errors . so i made a new website VAR using shopify so that while Christmas season i do not loose sales just because of website errors ; .
  
  Then the holiday season arrived and i started Adwords for both websites with same budget and same keywords ..
  
  My question : According to my thought the new website VAR is much attractive and better photos then my previous website LHB. even though my previous website got almost 50 orders and newer , better VAR website has not got 1 single order. ;
  
  WHY I am not getting any order on my new website ?? ;

  Neeraj Pandey: Correct +Lohit Malviya​ the reason is that first one is your old website. New websites take time in getting established in ranking. What do u mean by better photo?

  On Page Assistant: I suggest looking into your analytics. Try to look where exactly your visitors go after they landed on your website. You can also consider viewing your website on a mobile device. If your old site is responsive, it is more likely that it is going to draw more sales compared to a new, non-responsive platform. It may be a user experience issue for sure.

  Sam “H” Mah: There is one real answer. It's not about SEO, It's about users experience. I guess your old site is easily resonated with your prospect users, therefore they most likely to make an order.
  
   ;Did you check Google Page Speed ; for both sites?
  Your old website ranks much better than the new website. By the way, there's something wrong with your SSL certficate on the newer website.

  Jim Munro: Check this link, Lohit. The certificate on this site will only work for a subdomain of shopify.com. Everything else will generate a "back to safety" warning. ;

  Jim Munro: OK, Lohit, but before I do that can you tell me if you get that the reason the site has had no sales is probably because the site does not have a valid SSL certificate? (i.e. every request for https generates a "back to safety" warning and if you are lucky enough to have a https page to rank then googlebot will deindex any https url because it generates a warning.

  Lohit Malviya: Actually while starting setup on shopify that " FRee SSL for everyone" so i thought my website is under SSL.. but i never noticed that this would impact a lot.. ; and i tried to open website using "https" and it is showing security warning.
  i will ask shopify for this..
