Ways to get links

I am working for reputed online pharmacy site in the UK. And we have hosted onsite blog also. It is a 10+ years old site.

I put some efforts for guest posting to create back links, but couldn`t find any success with it. I have some budget to spend on links.

I have got a list of 70+ personal parenting blogs, is there any way that I can utilize them for links.

What are other different ways to get links?

Can someone please help me?

  • Stephen Oliver: Can I have any reply?
  • Matt Raynes: Yeah, i guess the standard reply would be to say create great content on your site and push it over social media sites and hope people link to it.
Or approach contacts on your list to see if you can collaborate.
How about creating an infographic, white papers or case studies?  ;Link baiting can pay dividends, use your money to invest in these avenues.  ;Videos can be good too... Use Google, Moz have some great posts about link acquirement.. Ensure your sites structure is good too...
    Hmmm, i could go on..
  • Nevyana Karakasheva: First start with the easiest strategy: research your competitors, see who links to them and to what kind of content exactly. Improve your content and outreach to those sites that refer to your competitors that are also relevant to your site and have authority.
