Robots.txt blocked urls still visible in SERP

Hello Everyone,

Is anyone facing this problem? Need some help
I have a website whose Blog/tag Urls are blocked by robots.txt; but still visible in search engines. I have attached the Print screen of the Urls which are Blocked. The actual website Urls are 132 which in search engine its showing 185.
Any suggestion. Please help?

PromozSEO: Add "Disallow: /tag/" to block tags from robots.
Mikita Shah: +PromozSEO I checked those urls are already blocked.. /tag/ - would this make a difference?
