The only reason that I can think of is a penalty

If I go to Google Maps and search for pet sitters in st. petersburg the site of my client does not have a pin and it is not mentioned but if I search google maps for the "Brand Name" the site of my client is listed but there`s no pin or location there but my client business is a verified business.. The only reason that I can think of is a penalty, is it possible that it is because of penalty? .. TIY. Michael`s site is http://www.fairydustservices.com/ and brand name is fairydust.
