How can I get my rankings back?

Hi guys, just a quick question: My site has dropped in the searches for my main keyword since the beginning of May, now for the daft question how can i get it back? Ive altered my site around & tried to make it less spammy looking to Google. Lots of keywords have gone up but not the main one...any ideas most welcome?

Neeraj Pandey: Hi Carl, as you know there are more than 200 factors working behind ranking and every page ranks for its own quality. Some of the pages of the same domain you will see ranking but some are not . we can't have any magic that we can tell without seeing the website.
