Spamming Google

Patna is the Capital of Bihar state in India...See the map listing in screenshot... Do these agencies first get approved for Agency Name and then changed that to keywords...
Or the people at Google who send the pin envelopes are dumb enough (oh, blind enough) to not sense this malpractice??? People are proudly announcing that they got rank for the keyword

Suresh K: In India almost every business uses keywords in GMB. I too use have been using the words Digital Marketing Training for over 2 years and all my competitors do the same. Nothing has happened :-) Probably Google is not looking at Asian countries is what I feel.
Tim Capper: Its just Google not checking and they dont have an algo that checks this SPAM either :(
Ben Jablonski: i believe google mostly relies on crowdsourcing reports of this type of spam

when i see this type of thing for any of my clients competitors, i report those listings right away. they usually get fixed within a few days.

after awhile, i`ve noticed this becoming much less of an issue in my clients` locales
