Author bio on about page

I was reading this article and considering the author bio suggestion.Currently my site (sole trader service business) has an about page with my background etc ie my bio. Iâ€™m not sure how to best associate that with my articles I write on my site. Do I need to find a way to 301 author archive page to my existing bio? Modify author archive somehow? Set something in schema to point author page to my current about/bio page? Something else? What is the best way to accomplish this? Thanks
