Site with mixed languages content

Hi guys, If I have a multiregional site and some pages on regional sites won`t have translated content, such as careers or events, which are on the global site (with the `x-default` tag - even though the local pages will have for the german market /de/careers, or /de/events - my question is, do I use the same title tag and meta in English even though it`s in Germany or do I translate it? Then if I translate it, ux is not really good, because you will expect the DE content but arrive on English. Second question is, isn`t it better to just use the global page for these pages that won`t be translated instead of using subdirectories? What is better for seo in this case? What are your thoughts? Many thanks,
