Zachary Toto: Essentially they`re the same thing. Although SEs prefer sponsored, it`s not going to hurt if you use nofollow. I would use sponsored going forward personally only because that`s newer and what SEs like, but if I had a lot of older links I wouldn`t bother to change them.
