SEO opinions regarding switching Wordpress theme

Looking for SEO opinions regarding switching Wordpress theme. I`ve been seeing a few articles about the benefit of using Kadence theme (free version). I`m interested in switching over from my current wordpress theme Kale. This theme is catered for food blogs, while I have a skincare blog plus looks like Kadence has more design flexibility. That said... I`m debating whether to switch over now where I have around 30 posts. I`m just worried about the potential negative SEO impact from switching to Kadence (free version). Should I switch over now or just keep using my exisiting theme? Thank you!

Zachary Toto: As suggested it`s better to switch while you`re still small rather than wait to you grow bigger and more complexed. If it`s going to provide a better UX, it shouldn`t hurt your SEO. May even help. More importantly, it may help with user engagement and such.

Stockbridge Truslow: Took a look at Kadence the other day in another topic. It`s got the basic semantic elements that are good for SEO, but is lacking quite a few too. I`ve seen worse, but there are better ones out there.

Sohail Qadir: Jessica Cha Astra and Generate Press are the good options. Kadence is also good but it is new yet.
