Should I submit a new sitemap?

Hi Everyone. I have a dumb question. I recently updated my website with alot of new content. I also changed few of the old URLs of the website (301 redirect done). Should I resubmit the same sitemap in Google Search Console? Should I submit a new sitemap in Google Search Console? If yes, then should I delete the old sitemap? Please suggest. Thank you
