Do you give guarantees for rankings?

Do you give guarantees for rankings (something you do not control)? What`s your approach to this (in terms of client handling)? Or do you think that with years of experience and over time you`re now capable of giving guarantees for rankings (on basis of previous working experiences on the same kind of project/niche)? P.S. BTW, one more thing, how do you guys guarantee the time that you will rank in "X" days/months?

If a client prospect etc is on on page 2 to page 10, 000 etc , if they don`t see a massive leap in rank within 60 Days, I will give them all of their Money Back!
