Should I start optimizing SEO for the new location?

I`m redesigning a site that will go live in 10 days. This business will be moving locations. They will be moving a few towns over. In about 30-60 days. Should I start optimizing seo for the new location or should I start optimizing after they have officially moved?

Tim Capper: You cant change the GMB until they actually move - BUT - I would start updating site + and citations with old address to new address.

That way all you have to do is update GMB on moving day.
