I don't want judgments or criticisms here. If you can see that Julio can do better with an alternative plan (and I don't doubt that you can), please recommend the more-useful way in your response.
I think that approach might produce better, long-term outcomes. I'm not questioning your judgement, just the delivery. :)
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Dave Elliott: What do youean by bookmarking? Social stuff like digg, delicious (if they exist still...) Or as in saving them on your browser?
Julio Marquez: Yes Dav social bookmarking this is what i mean , and thank ;you jim ;
Dave Elliott: Depends on your goal. If you have very sharable graphic led or genuinly interesting content then an extra platform or two where people can find it, read it and hopefully click on other things on your site, then possibly. If you are expecting a rise in ranks from the extra links then no.
My advice would be if you are after the first then give it a go for a month and see if it does any good for you.
Personally I don't use em but I mainly deal with b2b clients so rarely have the kinds of content that performs well on those types of channels
Julio Marquez: Thanks again Dav , i appreciate your help. I wil test some links as you said and check results after.
Tim Capper: Bookmark and then leaving won't really help. If you spend time on them and get people to vote up your bookmark then it becomes more visible as for traffic I don't know.
Two that have worked for me is stumble and reddit but are they really bookmark sites.
