Alan Bleiweiss: The struggle to decide whether I think I got enough sleep or whether I want to go back to sleep, and for how long - an hour, three hours... Or whether I have no choice because I have a call scheduled :-(
JL Faverio: would LOVE some real checklists. I can always google and find some "top list" crap but I thought a more valuable answer would come from one of you folks.
Jason Duke: OK serious answer time.... I ignore the traffic, or at least I tell myself i do, but always take a sneaky peek. I also tell myself to ignore the rankings, but take a sneaky peek at them as well. I always look at sales.... The only stat that matters is the one the ATM tells you I then go back to my plan and start the next thing on the list. As long as the plan was right in the 1st place and there`s no fires to deal with, it should still stand up to scrutiny and be the right order of work to spend my time on.
