Repeating the same paragraphs 3 times on the same page

Dumb seo question> Im repiting the same paragraphs 3 times on the same page. Is that duplicate content? Is bad for rank that page? siteliner.com says me that 15% of my content is not original on the page (is duplicated content from my own site). Is that OK?

Casey Markee: What Jim said above is great advice. Also "duplicate content" (for what it is) is a "between pages" concept. You are going to have no problem at all with what you described above on the same page. But again, is that really good for users? Most likely, no, it is not.
Alan Bleiweiss: The advanced answer is "does this content insult visitors who matter most to my site?" -if the answer to that is "yes, this three repetitions is obnoxious", it means it`s bad for SEO. It`s not page to page duplicate, however it`s blatantly not unique, and unlikely to earn maximized trust for people and algorithms. Can you do it? Sure. Why though?
